LIGHT AND COLOR
Before we start talking about light we need to first examine what we know about light and what we know about color.
In five minutes write down as many things you know about light and color. I will be collecting these they need to be actually written down.
The next thing we need to do is address misconceptions about light.
First assignment
Each of you will be assigned a vocabulary word on light or color
You need to research the word. Then you need to make a quick .5-1 minute video where you give the definition and explain in your own words what the word is. Due Thursday 17th.
What Can we do with light? In groups, not larger than three, think about what we have gone over dealing with light. Make and test an optical illusion or a project dealing with light. You will get this week to think about and test your ideas. An example and a lab write up will be due Tuesday April 29th.
Lab write up needs to have:
A question or a hypothesis, Procedure (Including a list of needed materials), Results, and Conclusions.
An example may be a still photo or a video of your experiment. (this will be shared with the class)
